Everney is in pre-launch. These Terms of Service are currently in final attorney review and will be published in full before public service availability.

What this document will cover

Everney’s Terms of Service describe the agreement between Everney LLC and users of the Service: account eligibility and registration, acceptable use, content ownership, subscription pricing and billing, family group structure and member responsibilities, intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and the processes for changes and termination.

Pre-launch posture

Until Everney is generally available, no public users are creating accounts and no subscriptions are being charged. The waitlist email capture on our home page is a notification list only, with no contractual obligation on either side. Founding member subscription terms will be presented and agreed to at the moment of subscription, after the published Terms of Service are in place.
